It must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund or exchange will be completed within 5 business days.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges are only allowed for a different size or color of the same item. Requests to exchange for a different product cannot be accepted.
